BrettYoung is expanding its Professional Turf & Reclamation (PTR) business into Atlantic Canada, establishing a coast-to-coast presence and bringing its portfolio of professional turf products, technical expertise and customer support to turf managers throughout the region. This expansion represents an important step in BrettYoung’s continued investment in the Canadian professional turf and reclamation industry.

To lead this expansion, we are pleased to welcome Callum Haughn to the BrettYoung Professional Turf & Reclamation team as Regional Account Manager – Atlantic Canada, effective December 1, 2026.
A graduate of the Holland College Golf Management Program and the University of Guelph’s Turfgrass Management Short Course, while also being a Green Start Academy alumnus, Callum has more than 25 years of experience in professional turf management, including roles as a Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent and Turfgrass Specialist. Most recently, he spent four years operating Haughn Turf, providing independent turfgrass consulting services. His deep knowledge of the Atlantic Canada turf industry, strong technical background and longstanding industry relationships make him an excellent fit to lead BrettYoung’s expansion in the region.
“I’ve spent much of my career working with turf professionals across Atlantic Canada, so I’m excited to bring BrettYoung’s portfolio and resources to the region,” said Callum. “I’m looking forward to continue working directly with customers, understanding their challenges and bringing complete solutions to turf professionals across the region.”
Atlantic Canadian customers will have access to BrettYoung’s extensive professional turf portfolio including turfgrass seed, fertilizer, plant protection and bunker solutions. Key offerings include Canadian-grown turfgrass varieties, TruPrill® homogeneous fertilizers, the Ice Armour System® for winter protection, Flexxcape™ bunker liners, along with fertility solutions from leading industry partners such as Earthworks, Plant Food Company and Redox Turf.
