Hard fescue with a wide range of adaptability

Soilguard originally tested as PST-4CU3 is a hard fescue developed for a multitude of applications within the turf grass industry. Soilguard has good drought tolerance, medium vertical growth rate, and good resistance to stem rust and melting out disease. From the transition zone to northern climates Soilguard will perform quite well. It has good cold tolerance while displaying good heat and drought tolerance in non irrigated sites.
