Travis is BrettYoung’s Vice President of Professional Turf & Reclamation (PTR). He’s a graduate of Grant MacEwan’s Journalism Diploma Program and Olds College’s Turfgrass Management Certificate Program. Travis started at BrettYoung in 2003 as a Regional Account Manager for PTR then became the Alberta Sales Manager in 2007 and National Sales Manager in 2012. Travis is a board director and past President of the Alberta Turfgrass Research Foundation and a board director for the Canadian Turfgrass Research Foundation. He’s also been a Toastmaster since 2014, serving in many different capacities, including Club President and Area Director. Growing up on a seed production farm gave Travis his love for all things growing and his background in journalism nurtured his ability to build meaningful relationships. When he’s not at work, Travis is likely on the golf course, his mountain bike, or spending time with his family of three.
