Lisa is the Director, Customer Service at BrettYoung, where she leads a dedicated team and oversees internal processes that support accurate inventory management and dependable service delivery. Her leadership ensures operational efficiency and contributes to BrettYoung’s commitment to customer satisfaction. With a strong background in customer service and training and development, Lisa brings a people-focused approach to leadership. She is known for driving strategic initiatives that improve service quality, streamline operations, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Lisa is also a contributing member of the Personnel Committee, where she leads national recruiting, onboarding, training, and internal policy development. She actively supports employee communication initiatives and champions team culture and organizational integrity. She holds a Certificate in Human Resource Management from the University of Manitoba and has built her career through progressive roles that reflect her dedication to both employee and customer experience. Outside of work, Lisa enjoys outdoor activities, travel, and spending time with her husband, their two children, and grandchildren.
