Kerry is BrettYoung’s Vice President of Seed Production and is our longest standing employee. He grew up on a farm in Oak Bluff, then made his way to the University of Saskatchewan to get his Certificate in Agriculture in Crop Production. After that, Kerry started with BrettYoung cleaning, bagging, and shipping seed. He then managed the Seed Lab for five years before becoming Seed Production Manager in 1986, adding General Manager of Operations until 2023 when he started in his current position. Kerry has been an Industry Rep for the Manitoba Forage Seed Association and for the Peace River Forage Seed Association. His long career with BrettYoung has been nothing but enjoyable, but outside of the office, you can find Kerry taking in sporting games of all kinds, travelling, or spending time with his wife, two children, and his pup, Sadie.
