Ken plays a key role in the operations of BrettYoung’s Winnipeg facilities. He is responsible for the budgets on facility operations and seed production specialists, while also contributing to inventory management, capacity planning, and coating plant scheduling. Ken currently sits on BrettYoung’s Seed Solutions and Professional Turf & Reclamation leadership teams.  Prior to joining BrettYoung in 2007, Ken spent 16 years in the pharmaceutical industry, most recently serving as Director of Operations for a large generic drug manufacturer.  Ken and his wife, Sue, have a blended family of 5 children and 4 grandchildren.  When not at work, he likes to travel with his wife, spend time with family, golf, fish, attend his beloved Blue Bombers’ games, and go for morning runs with his two dogs, Rudi and Ned.
